Survey for parents and carers

Following the announcement from the Prime Minister that schools may be able to reopen to certain year groups from 1st June we are starting to prepare and are currently undertaking risk assessments.

The government wishes us to open for nursery, reception and year one children but work in small groups. This poses potential problems for us to ensure we can safely admit up to 170 children and we are looking at ways this could work practically. We cannot guarantee that all eligible children can return to school at this stage.

The government is clear that as parents and carers you have the choice available whether or not to send your child back to school in June. You would not be penalised if you decide to keep your child at home.

It would be very helpful for us to know if you intend to send your child back to school at the start of June if this goes ahead. Please email us below to let us know as this will help our planning. We may have to consider part time attendance depending on numbers. Many thanks.

Will you send your child back if schools reopen in June?

Please include the name of your child and their class teacher. Thank you.
